The owner cares about his employees. Whenever I needed assistance, I could rely on my fellow employees. My position was contracted and I have beed asked to comeback every year. That gave me freedom to make changes, which benefited my position and made my job easier, as things changed with Covid.

I was required to get a Covid booster. I wish my work from home position was year round.
