      Pros

      Great coworkers able to work at a fast pace can do more then one thing so the job doesn’t get boring

      Cons

      Working mandatory 10 hours plus mandatory Saturdays well night shift doesn’t have anything mandatory only earning 13 hourly well night shift earns more very ungrateful for employees they have!!

      Compensation is a more bonus based model, which isn’t for everyone so it can be challenging finding good talent and retaining talent. However, leaders are addressing base compensation and retention strategies
