Leadership communicates expectations clearly and encourages professional development. I appreciated the variety of projects and the chance to work with different departments. It helped me build skills that will benefit my career long term.
Cons
As with any growing company, priorities can shift quickly, requiring flexibility.
Decent pay and hours. They provide snacks and stuff and occasional lunch. Some of the people are nice just over all there’s no future in working there. Good first job out of college or stepping stone job.
Cons
No benefits, none. No health insurance, vacation pay or 401K. Just accrued sick days and a lot of overtime offered.
