Pay is low, work is hard and often outside of regulations, for example, I had a 27 hours duty work day as a Pilot and with no multiple or reinforced crew, Ialso had a month of 115 hours of flight in command when Max regulation time is 90 hours; maintenance is shady, and a long etcetera...
