Great work-life balance, but low pay and inefficiency - Specialist Magnifi Financial Employee Review

There is no accountability at any level of the organization and they openly admit to paying below market value. Incredibly inefficient and always looking for "gotcha" moments to gain an advantage amongst the staff. As a not for profit Credit Union, Senior Management seems to only care about the "For Profit" decisions.
