Pros

Ability to work with FAANG company with opportunity for transition to FTE. Very responsive team to any questions.

Cons

Contract work, so role may or may not be renewed depending on company needs. Not really a con, just the nature of the job. Very few PTO days.

Pros

Opportunity to work remotely or hybrid. Pay was decent but could be better. Worked with a good team. Ability to move up a level, but only if in good standing with managers or leads. Needs to show outstanding skills in organization, leadership, and communication.

Cons

No increase in pay. No paid holidays, must use PTO to cover these days or go unpaid. Sometimes it is hard to get recognized if you want to move up a level. There needs to be constant interaction with leads and/or managers.
