5yGlad to get your approval! It's been a challenging year that have required some compromises to be made for sure. At this time, we expect a phased return to office, with a broader accommodation for remote work needs. Some roles will be able to switch to permanent remote work as well. We're definitely not being aggressive about expecting people back in the office, our re-opening plan will be more an accommodation for people who are eager to get back in the office more regularly. We just want to ensure we can facilitate it safely, first and foremost.
