- No two days are ever alike. There are intricate and extremely varied projects to manage.
- Each employee has the freedom to perform his/her duties in a manner that he/she deems most effective - very little micro-managing
- Each employee's opinions deeply matter, and are considered when scoping out a project.

- Sometimes, after-hours work is necessary in order to provide the best customer service
- In my opinion, employees could be afforded the opportunity to work from home a bit more often. The team is trustworthy and would benefit from the opportunity.
