Good Company for entry-level. Pleasant environment with many opportunities to gain a promotion. It is an excellent place to increase your professional network. The paid is very good if you deserve it.
Cons
The work environment may turn into a non-professional place. Directors put a lot of pressure on your job. It is usual that you ended up doing work from other areas in order to solve problems. The job between areas is not balanced; there are few resources for some areas and many for others.
