Pros
This is an extremely well-planned new consultancy with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. The leadership is Process-oriented and forward-thinking with an excellent ability to deliver projects successfully. I feel proud to work here and honestly believe I am working with some of the best in the industry. My coworkers are easy to connect with and efficient. It’s great to work at an organization that is not caught up in the corporate bureaucracy of a large company and instead focuses on delivery strong work product. Also, I worked fully remote for the duration of Covid-19 which shows leaderships commitment to the safety of its employees.
Cons
Main Digital is still in the beginning stages so everyone has to wear many hats. This was perfect from my experience because it provided me with the opportunity to grow my skill set.
