Pros
Support systems in place, great product, great people, and a FUN atmosphere. CEO and VP of Ops are very approachable -- and know who their people are.
Cons
Budgeting process for new markets needs a new approach. Bonus structure is fantastic except for how first year sales are set and a lack of marketing presence makes it not possible to bonus the first year.
