Pros
The only reason to work here is for the amazing people you meet and work with. Although I started out with above minimum wage, the arbitrary raise "system" (see bias) makes that point mute.
Cons
When I quit only 2/6 managers had known who I was. They if the don't like you, they will make sure you know via completely ignoring you and punishing you for irrelevant things. Raises are handed out arbitrarily, so they only go to people they like, not work hard. Forced me to come in with the stomach flu and wouldn't let me leave (that has to be against some sort of health standard). They schedule people to leave at 2 am and show back up at 7 am (and there usually forced to stay until 4 am). Working here should be considered cruel and unusual punishment. They only let you get a 50% discount on very certain items, and you don't get a free meal unless they like you, or working there has caused you to break down and cry.
