Pros
Cutting edge vision on what to want to achieve, lots of good people around. You are encouraged to take the initiative to do new things to make it happen. Good staff benefits not just your pay. It is possible to choose to work only nine days for every fortnight (work for 80 hours over 9 days - taking every 2nd Monday or Friday off). It is a good work scheme that provides an option to be more flexible.
Cons
Comms within the company not particularly good. Be prepared with lots of meetings as part of life. Cut throat and at times very brutal work culture. Good quality initiatives don’t survive beyond their champions leaving. Many leave after relatively short stint. Be ready at all times to have a map of your own future after life at the place handy. By all means a good place to work for to make your name known for a particular thing, then move on to another place that looks after you better.
