Pros
The team is very nice and welcoming. The small office means a lot of opportunity to talk to people with interesting roles and experience. You're expected to learn the databases they use very quickly, and you get a large variety of daily tasks/research topics. Also - you get paid for intern work which is a rarity!
Cons
Sometimes there was a lot of down time (mixed with other days that were very busy). While this is totally understandable for this type of business, it might be frustrating to some.
