You can use their behavior as an example of text book corruption in your business classes. The damage they are doing to the lives of people that work for them is reprehensible.
Cons
Expect them to lie to you. They regularly post jobs that do not exist. They lie about the amount they will pay you. If you need a day off, they will berate you for taking time off to take care of family matters. Check the backgrounds of their staff and you'll find interior decorators running technical recruiting. Just a sad sad bunch of morons.
