Pros

If you have been here for a while (over 5 years), you will probably never get fired. Decent health insurance. They have a nice Insurance product with great features - there is potential to either get a lot of business. Or be acquired by a bigger firm.

Cons

1) As of 2016, Majesco has a very poor annual appraisal system - what makes it really sad is that Majesco DID have an appraisal system that was mature till 2014. But they scrapped that and started from scratch in 2015. Most employees will now get their annual rating handed to them via email without even a discussion... 2) Majesco US has the WORST HR department ever - there are only 2 full time HR personnel. You will never get any of your concerns addressed. This is a real problem because the HR Policies document is so vague, you have to contact HR to find out how they should be interpretted. When they are not ignoring your emails, most of the time, HR's unhelpful replies make it clear that they spent a total of 1 second to glance at your detailed email. Why email when you can call? Because your calls always go to voicemail and you never get a callback... 3) This company has no powerful leader to drive its growth - instead, it surrenders its direction to the project managers and presales team who take all the money home after doing a bad job. Leaving hardworking low level employees to clean up their mess for peanuts. 4) In the last 4 years, the company has merged, demerged, scrapped its annual apparaisal, then brought it back, scrappped incentives, bought that back. Its a real mess.
