Pros
The people you get to work with are great for the most part. The only time it's miserable is when everyone realizes at the same time that they're expendable in the eyes of management no matter how long you've worked there or how much experience you have.
Cons
Management is awful. They only care about the almighty dollar and they won't do anything to retain their employees. You wanna leave? Fine. Leave. We'll just con some other poor sap into working here for 3 months until they're ready to leave, too. There are so many things wrong with this company that I don't even know where to begin. There is absolutely no future here. The company only hires managers that are dumb enough that they can be manipulated and controlled like puppets and don't even realize it. If you have half a brain, do yourself a favor and do not work here. You will never be promoted. You will only be shifted side to side and given false hope by the management team. They tell you what you want to hear and do nothing they say they're going to do. They started a 3- tier group to give people hope that they might one day get a dollar raise. No such luck. There are people who have been here for 8 years or more that were put into the 1st tier. That's crap. Experience counts for nothing. Those people are making the same amount as people who just started with no experience. One guy I work with has been there since the company started and has seen two raises in 18 years! They pay little and demand alot. The training is a joke. They pretty much just throw you to the wolves and say what's your problem, you haven't learned that yet?! I was with this company for a little over a year and I saw at least 14 people walk out the door. That's insanity! There is zero work/life balance, the pay is a joke, the benefits are a joke, career opportunity is a joke. I have actually heard a manager say, "this is your primary function in life, your family comes second." Just don't work here.
