Management is Terrible - Anonymous employee Major Medical Employee Review

Management is terrible. Never around, writes in a little black book that never gets opened again. Has no idea how anyone preformes their jobs, couldn't open or close the store if asked, has no idea what anyone does in their job positions. Litterly has no clue what's going on. Employees are hired on the spot with no experience at all and more experienced employees are just supposed to take on all the new responsibility with no pay incentives or recognition. Absolutely terrible.
