Majore culture + retention issues - Anonymous employee MakeSpace Employee Review

- Toxic culture and drama: a lot of office drama, bad mouthing, etc. Doesn't seem like many people are happy at the company, which leads to high turnover. - Leadership/management issues: the CEO likes to micro-manage A LOT. - Little/no professional growth: did not feel like I was given the room to grow professionally and a number of coworkers felt the same way. - Turnover: A ton of turnover. This is combination of people quitting and getting fired. I've never seen such high turnover anywhere, across all roles in the company, from executives to drivers.
