There is no guidance. You are expected to perform to deadlines set by the owner. The owner can be disrespectful during the process of firing people. I have seen him shout at 2 people in front of me. The owners cannot communicate what they want, but expect something they cannot themself even articulate. A lot of work is going on by copying files from internet and just doing some tweaking and packaging and selling in India. Owner expects you to work post-working hours on daily basis.
