Pros
This can be a good place to work for people who are accustomed to the environment. For a technician who does his job correctly there is alot of freedom and little oversite. We are free to adjust our schedules to a large degree, just have to make sure that customers are taken care of.
Cons
This is a service technician position which entails dealing with customers, repairing competitors equipment with little experience, researching parts, etc. From someone with technician experience this is a good company to work for as a technician. But it is still a technician role, not everyone will take to it.
