Leadership just gets worse and worse. Management team except one has turned over in the past 18-24 months. Hard to tell which left or which were fired left because there is little transparency. Leadership (especially external) do a great job of stirring up problems and distracting everyone from doing real work to help the company be successful. Everyone wonders why anyone would want to bring the inefficiency of exceutive coaches, how can external folks be helping when the entire exec team is turning over? You can't trust ANYONE. Beware, everything you say goes directly to the CEO, there is no true confidentiality in any feedback you provide anyone (internal or external). CEO prides himself on knowing "everything" going on in the company and will go at great lengths to achieve this. It's funny - I was just looking at the company response to some of the poor reviews on Glassdoor and they just copy and paste the same response to multiple people - LOL HR can't even respond to reviews properly, they must not care.
