The stock is paper money and likely to remain so. This company is so far behind the industry that acquisition and IPO are off the table. There was a time when that wasn't the case, but those days are long gone. And that's because of product and leadership both.
The CEO has only ever known Malwarebytes. He doesn't have experience of the industry outside of this echo chamber, and he refuses to listen to those who do and are willing to go toe to toe with him to help create change for the better. Sadly, fewer and fewer people are here to do that even were it possible, having been laid off by the hundreds or fleeing to greener pastures at companies with futures whose light hasn't been snuffed out.
Those who remain have been silenced and are just going through the motions
.
There were smart people here. Dedicated people. People who could have done great things. And they still could -- but not at Malwarebytes.
