Lots of project experience. You will spend most of your time in work sites and AutoCAD. You will engage with almost every department in the planning and execution phases of the work.
Cons
Long project hours will often take up your weekend. Overtime work was not always paid out under the previous management. Field operators are very dismissive of engineering contributions. Not uncommon to be on a project site for over a year or so. Horrible work/life balance.
