Pros

- C level bosses are close to their employees. They are young, full of dynamism - so they have a lot of new ideas and initiatives - Payment on time, always! - Premises always clean

Cons

- Family business and traditional management: If you are not part from the direct family, you have very few chances for a career growth You should wait for 10 years minimum to be noticed and promoted Even though management is now led by the Michel Abi Nader's sons, the methodology is still very traditional : Management and board is exclusive for man and of course one woman, the family member lady Women are not sent to any abroad destination for a job opportunity with them, because it is risky for a woman to live and work abroad Women always have admin/secretary positions - the engineer women are not really noticed

Pros

Excellent training and professional staff . I have had great leads with professional experienced that have served as mentors to me.

Cons

Promoting from within does not always occur quickly. New personnel are brought into the organization faster than the current employee. I would like to see this change
