We’re sorry that you felt this way upon leaving Mana this year.
We have worked hard to build a culture based on trust, respect and hard work. We are proud that we recognise and support the achievement of our teams. We’re working in a disruptive and entrepreneurial industry with exceptionally high standards, and so we encourage all team members to work hard, be curious and think outside of the box. Our expectations are high as we want to deliver exceptional service to our external stakeholders and Fintech and Web3 companies deserve this.
It is unfortunate but we must address the wild inaccuracies in your review:
The CEO (founder) is related to the CPO, this is made transparent and we are proud that we have family members who are so committed to the same mission and vision.
The COO is not related to to the CEO or CPO, Mana hires people for their ability, talent, passion and alignment, our COO has bundles of this and the loyalty and dedication the COO has for Mana should be commended positively instead of negatively.
Mana pays its employees.
Our stakeholders are professional and we support them.
We treat each other with respect and kindness, supporting and guiding each other in order to make Mana the number one Fintech search firm in the industry. Across the business individuals are in the roles they deserve reflective of their experience, attitude, passion and hard work. We expect the best from our teams, the positions people hold at all levels are reflective of their experience and determination to be the best they can and to provide a seamless service to our clients and candidates. Across the business we are committed and not afraid to get stuck in.
If we identify a team member is not aligned with the business, the culture or our mission and vision for Mana and is instead creating a negative culture, providing an unprofessional service to our external stakeholders, does not have the passion or interest in headhunting, search, Fintech and Web3, does not have the capability to meet internal and external expectations, and so forth then Mana Search is not the career choice for such team member.
We’re sorry you feel so negatively about your experience but we at Mana are working tirelessly to create and nurture a culture we’re proud of. With our current team, we can see this is paying off!
