Pros
Excellent benefits, strong mgmt team, hard-working employees, growing company, good location w/in Bakersfield, employees treated with respect. Good to work for a company that is expanding in this rough 2011 economy. Very stable and well-run organization.
Cons
Need more training to help employees improve skills and be promotable. Getting better at providing opportunities for growth within the company. Salary a little on low side, but benefit package and having good co-workers makes up for it.
