Pros
Working at ME gives you a great opportunity to learn about sales and actual business life. You can get a wide outlook of different industries and functions and also learn about the highest decision makers' most important development points. The work gives you a good possibility to create important business relations for the rest of your life if you just want to take the best out of it and work hard towards your targets. The company takes care of it's people for example by training them and putting a lot of actions and effort in developing everyday leadership all the time. It's also a good example of a platform for awesome team work and friendship. Here it's actually allowed to have fun while working. The people are the company's fuel and winning and celebrating together is a important part of the company culture. It's also possible to make quite nice earnings when you are a superstar and do a great job. There is always room for self and career development - just remember to be proactive and open about your passions and goals. The actual products are mostly high quality and at least I was super proud of all of my nearly 20 events I had to chance to make with awesome people during my ME years. For me it was mostly the place for self development in work and overall in life. It's all about how you yourself decide to take the best out of the work. I could have never guessed how much I actually developed as a person there during the great years in few different roles.
Cons
I'm not going to lie, the work pace is tough and is not suitable for everybody. The KPIs are tight and it is expected that you deliver every single week. On the other hand, the KPIs are also a insurance for especially new beginners and in matter of occasional underperformance. They show that you have at least tried your best. The work is not easy but that is exactly why delivering your results gives you the great feeling of true success. A lot is depending your own overall and time management skills, which will develop over time. Sometimes when everyone are really busy, the word "thank you" tends to be forgotten and it might feel that your work is not respected even though you have worked you butt off. In everyday life many misunderstandings could be avoided if people put more and better focus on clarifying things that are expected from you and less assuming.
