Pros
* Great exposure to multiple areas of the Financial industry * Very hands-on projects, which lead to great experience, personal growth, and resume bullets lol * Lovely and diverse people working for the Firm (note: mostly Latin American and European)
Cons
* Limited amount of type of projects available due to low amounts of clients all from the same sector * No clear path for growth in one specific industry sector: Projects are sporadic and staffing seems somewhat random * Pay is not competitive with other Consulting firms, especially considering the amount of hours you put in * Poor leadership, sometimes catty and gossipy, in my experience
