Pros
If you are willing to put in the work, there are great opportunities working for Management Solutions. As my first job out of college, I have had the opportunity to learn more than most other jobs, with each project being something new. I have also had great exposure to clients, even within my first year as an employee. As an international company, I have also been able to meet coworkers from all over the world, and have also had the opportunity to travel to Houston, Birmingham, Boston, and now Pittsburgh for work. Management Solutions wants to keep its hard working employees happy, so if you perform well, you can expect to have plenty of continued opportunities moving forward.
Cons
The workload is pretty typical of other consulting firms, but would be more than other jobs. But, with more work, comes more opportunities. The upper management is mostly Spanish, so there can often be a bit of a language barrier that takes some getting used to.
