technical side is under paid, focus on old technologies (SAS), management doesn't have experience or understanding of new technologies to unlikely for this to change. For some reason the office still hasn't been fitted with external monitors or Ethernet ports making work high friction. Poor attendance in the office. Lots of trainings but mostly a waste of time
