      Pros

      The company is out there working to be a force for good in the world. Being a part of that is awesome.

      Cons

      They don’t not pay well enough across the board. Being in the role I was, I saw everyone’s salaries. For the work required, the pay is not nearly enough. Which also means that with lower salaries, you attract lower quality (generally) talent which translates to a lower quality work experience.

      Workload, high demand, management, TCCO, morale, the company does not back or stand up for their employees, lack of PTO, no raises, it's not a safe environment due to lack of security training
