Not a single good thing to say, except for the project we get to work on.
Cons
1. They have zero understanding of work life balance and make you work till 3 or 4 am and expect you to be back at work the next day at 9 AM. 2. Very toxic environment and they throw around abusive words a lot. 3. Exceptionally dirty bathrooms and office as well. 4. Very hierarchical and they pay you peanuts. 5. Literally no systems and processes and they trouble us during deadlines as the seniors have no structured or organized way of working. 6. Everyone gate keeps information and doesn’t provide you drawings or other information you need to complete your tasks. 7. They intentionally make you compete with each other. 8 Because of these reason they have excessive churn. 9. Neil is racist, discriminatory, colonial minded and the most disrespectful human I know. 10. Because of these reason they have excessive churn. 11. If you join there you’ll probably leave after around less than 6 months, and also end up needing years of therapy.
