management is extremely disorganized and does not know how to deal with kids. kids are bad and nobody calls home or deals with issue, just tells them "dont do it again". director is an absolute joke and is extremely rude to workers, and will make false promises so do not ever believe her. lack of communication, you never know what is going on until 5 minutes before. you could text or email them and never here a response
