There are high expectations to deliver but if you can perform your job well you can quickly earn the trust of the senior management team. There were no cons that I experienced in my time there

During my time at Mandoe in Melbourne, we were given a lot of freedom and independence. KPI's and targets were obviously set, but as long as we hit them their was no micromanagement or big brother over our shoulders. This is an ideal work environment in my opinion. Management was also very accommodating to me when I needed time off for various reasons and for this I am very grateful

We are expected to stay back 2-3 times a month on a Friday. I understand this is a tradition and food is provided for the day (big pro). But I think it can be unnecessary and impractical in peoples lives. Sometimes you have nothing in your pipeline and no prospects to close, but you need to stay back, twiddle your fingers and ruin your Friday evening.
