Management not interested in growth of individuals only money. Sad because you will not make money if you do not take care of your employees, teach them, and help them grow. Most management works from home. Even those that are in the office sit behind a closed door and never interact with the team. The management is completely out of touch. You cannot take on market share in an environment like this. Companies, in any industry, that are successful do not burn and churn their employees, but rather they invest in them, listen to what their needs are and make a good quality environment for them.
