Pros

->You will learn how to work continuously for 14-15 hours daily. ->You will learn how to manage the things when you have 2 managers for same work. ->If you want to become a money minded entrepreneur, you can learn from here that how to use helpless people to make money. -> Opportunity to learn working with company having Hiring Firing Model and how to deal your life problem if company ask you to leave within a day without any prior notice for no reason. ->You will learn here how to make a fool of employees, cost cutting at the time of appraisal. -> Everybody recommends to join this company to learn how to survive in hell. -> Complete transparency between management and employees as CEO says directly to employees that "You need to sacrifice your personal life & sleep time, If you don't then we will hire somebody else."

Cons

Only cons is that every thing is pros and there is no such cons.

Pros

Firstly, I thank you for the great course. It was really a good experience being trained by you. Each and every topic mentioned in the course content was covered in the training. And talking about the clarifications to our questions, you never disappointed and we never had problem understanding what you explained to us. You were always open to the questions and never hesitated to explain the stuff again and again. Overall, I rate the course a 5 on 5.

Cons

The only drawback was that the course could have been distributed for a little longer span with shorter session times, I think it is worth spending 30 days for the course.

Pros

Feel like you're a part of a startup but work in a relatively established company. Lot's of constant learning. Immense potential for personal, professional, and career growth.

Cons

It's not really a con, but as a growing company you have to adjust expectations. Budget can be limited at times during the growth phase. This is not a big, maintaining corporate company and all the benefits that go with that. This is a growing company still in high growth stages.
