Pros

*Coming from a family-owned company prior to working at Mapfre I was nervous the grass wasn't greener on the other side but I came to Mapfre as a referral & I absolutely love working here! I don't miss my old job & got what I was missing at my old job here-& I only left due to moving.... *So much growth & opportunities to advance-I came to this company a little over a year ago & I've already been promoted-the management I've experience has been nothing but supportive & encouraging *The PTO is amazing, you don't get this at most company's or 11 paid holidays which includes floaters. *The training is exceptional-I felt I came out confident at the end of it. *I haven't come across any negative people, according to some of these negative reviews I'm surprised since I'm only experience positive vibes. *I could list many more pros, I'm very glad I chose this company when I had to leave my past job & plan on staying till I retire:)

Cons

There honestly isn't many cons I can provide-most people probably don't like the micromanaging of phones, aux times etc...but when you work at a contact center this is not a surprise? If I was a manager of a contact center you need to keeps things in control w/ several employees...

Pros

The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

Cons

Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
