      - Meeting other workers - Flexible shifts

      Cons

      - Expect you to be available 24/7 even when on holiday - Not getting paid the right amount - High turnover rate - Lots of issues with shifts - No backing from management at all - Unsafe environment - No opportunity for growth - They will find any reason not to bump you up a tier
