1. Management will ruin your goals and career and gaslight anyone who cannot do all the work that has to be done. If you’re planning to join our team be prepared to be thrown multiple funds on day 1 with various complexity with no/limited training. 2. Overtime no work life balance. In my few months at Maples, I have been doing OT everyday until midnight. My manager doesn’t care if I don’t get paid OT. He also doesn’t care about my workload. He has set unrealistic achievements in my supposed 7.5 hrs of work but my work is 15 hrs a day. 3. Salary below average in Mtl
