Flexibility in works schedule, great people in the office (Raleigh)
Cons
Pretty much everything. Constant down sizing, email product in an oversaturated market with no product vision. Keep employees in a co-lo space so there is no serious investment in employees No training budgets No upward mobility No 401k match, it is an end of year match but discretionary and they said they will not match 2017.
