      Very supportive management Great benefits and work life balance Great people to work with Emphasis on progress not perfection and the incredible support from the top Emphasis on seeing patients for longer visits, educating them and helping them take honor ship of their health. I enjoy the preventive approach to care and health coaching.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
