Pros

Accepts fresh graduates with no experience.

Cons

The salary is too low for all the workload. The management is not an employee-beneficial because they just think about their income and profits. Their staff sometimes has an attitude and is not customer friendly. (applicable to some branches not all of them) The workload given to their staff cannot compensate for the salary they have given. Most of the departments in a particular area have some lapses which give reasons to some employees to resign. Some officer staff work subjectively not objectively. Promotion will only be given to BET and FAVOURITE employees not to the most qualified. (That happens to some certain branch) Most of employees resigned because of poor management handling which causes them to leave and look for a better and greener pasture work environment.

Pros

The company initially provides a good working environment and there are kind and supportive employees (BUT, NOT ALL).

Cons

There are concerns regarding professionalism, particularly in the Corporate Office (HR Department). Favoritism, office gossip and inconsistent treatment of employees may affect morale and trust. The HR Department must be the bridge between management and employees, a higher standard of professionalism, confidentiality and impartiality is expected. Compensation and benefits may NOT be competitive compared to other organizations and employees may find limited opportunities for career growth. NO TRAINING DEVELOPMENT LAST YEAR AND EVEN THIS YEAR. Higher salary adjustments and career opportunities are given only to the favorite employees and not based on the workloads assigned to employees and qualifications. Expectations regarding compensation and benefits discussed during interviews should be clearly communicated and not used solely to attract applicants. Additionally, based on my observations, there appears to be a lack of diversity in the workplace. A friend of mine who was experienced and qualified applied for the a position but was not selected, while a fresh grad was eventually hired. While hiring decisions are ultimately at the company's discretion, transparency in the recruitment process may help address concerns about fairness, inclusivity and equal opportunities.
