Good company with good product lines

Cons

Phase III commission can not support a new territory, so you have to cover everything out of pocket. There a small maximum reimbursement for mileage every week ($33.50) the phase III commission structure works fine if the territory is an established one! They have excellant products but can take over 1yr to build up your territory. So if you have other income to support you until the territory is established, it can be a good opportunity to make a lot of money.

Pros

Family oriented organization which appreciates staff and takes care of individuals served, following in alignment with the organizations mission and vision statements

Cons

Keep training and encouraging staff to grow. Better health benefits would have been great. This is an amazing organization
