Pros
Nice people, everyone seems to get along well. Projects are fun and high budget. You get to use a lot of high end lines and vendors come in frequently for product updates.
Cons
Don't be fooled by the fake reviews the company has posted themselves. Extremely low pay, no encouragement from management for professional growth. If you choose to work here you will absolutely get pigeon holed. The company is split into two departments - one for FF&A and one for detailing, if you don't like doing one or the other then this place will be great for you. If you want to become a well rounded designer then avoid it. Company consistently asks everyone to work a minumum of 45 hours a week, but expect more if there is a deadline.
