      Cons

      Antiquated system. Horrible toxic work culture with so many unhappy employees. Non existant support or proper training. New starts are basically ignored as existing employees close ranks and will not share knowledge.

      No contact from manager from month to month Too much workload No recognition for the work completed Always working away from home, with very little perks compared to other similar employers Managers support managers and close ranks Managers always promising good things coming down the line, but never come to fruition.
