High turn over here which can be frustrating.

Good opportunity for students who have limited financial support, but very negative experience as an employee. They would do well to learn from how they treat students and attempt to treat their employees with the same courtesy.

Complete lack of transparency regarding staffing updates No respect for the expertise of employees, being put down for your previous experience Being told “stay in your lane” VPs bragging about money spent and then staff being demoted and promised it was not performance based.
