      Pros

      Solid group of people with high integrity. The work environment was pleasant, if a bit frustrating (see below). VERY good compensation plan - I was, frankly, overpaid.

      Cons

      Private equity ownership meant cash was king, and customer service often suffered due to the need to make it through the month.

      coworkers work as a team everybody helps everyone

      many different languages being spoke. there are packers that like to tell operators no and cell phones being used on production floor

      Pros

      The staff is friendly. The benefits are okay. Good place to learn. Easy to get promoted as long as you do your job well.

      Cons

      The location is a little rough around the edges. There are not many options / places t eat for lunch (at least not nice places). HR is a joke.
