There are no pros as such

Late salary not giving full salary working 9 hrs no saturday off not giving single facility salary is low no vision employee are treated as slaves or may be worse than slaves life is so difficult here please help and report these issues because employee are just afraid of this MD no hr policies here hr are not working as hr they just do what MD want. Trust me guys its the REAL TRUTH you shouldn't work at it while working everyone wants some respect & salary to work for them they are not giving even a single thing i wish this company will be in loss life is so dissatisfactory.
