Pros
Company gives you the freedom of booking your own travel. Pay is average and in field service you dont have to live in St Louis to work for them.
Cons
Ontime payment of out of pocket expenses os a joke. Expectaitions are ridiculous when they don't give you proper training/tools to do your job, much less even know what training or tools are needed. Company would rather look good and fail than be efficicient and trust the experts in their respective fields.
